Contacted by Checon? Verify the survey

Confirm the survey is legitimate using the code the interviewer gave you, or contact our team.

The interviewer gives you the code at the start of the call or in the email invitation.

Checon calls may come from different numbers, because phone interviews are made from a call center with multiple lines. To confirm safely:

  1. Ask the interviewer for their name and the survey code.
  2. Enter the code on the “I have the survey code” tab.
  3. Or contact Checon with the number that called you and the date and time of the call.
Never share passwords, codes you received by text message, or bank or card details during a survey.

Prototype: try CHK-2026-0142 and CHK-2026-0157 (active), CHK-2026-0163 (scheduled) and CHK-2025-0988 (closed). The list comes from the pesquisas/pesquisas.csv spreadsheet.
